REV: 01-13-25 LR <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCHEDULE OF SOFTWARE <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, Populus provides all major program elements: <br />Program setup and initialization including operator data integration and validation and up <br />to 40 hours of engineering and GIS support to bring in static city data such as CSV files, <br />geospatial files, and non-standard data <br />Hosting of Populus Curb and Mobility Manager Platforms <br />Unlimited instant, real-time advanced geographies <br />Delivery of Mobility Data Specification (MDS) policy API and Curbs API to operators <br />Ongoing customer support <br />Key Populus Mobility Manager platform features include: <br />Data validation, harmonization, anonymization, and secure storage according to MDS <br />and General Bikeshare Feed Specification (GBFS) standards <br />Live map for real-time monitoring of shared mobility devices <br />Reporting of key program metrics <br />Routes and heatmaps: advanced GPS trip trace/route, trip (origin-destination), and <br />vehicle distribution analysis <br />Advanced geographies <br />Policies and compliance: create policies and access basic compliance monitoring <br />In addition to the above Mobility Manager platform features, the City will have access to the <br />Advanced Smart Mobility Policies toolkit: <br />Fee Reporting: reporting for measuring and invoicing shared mobility fees in compliance <br />with city-created policies <br />Automated Invoicing: direct invoicing and collection of fees from operators through <br />Populus <br />Notifications: daily, weekly, or monthly email notifications summarizing operator <br />compliance <br />Key Populus Curb Manager platform features include: <br />Parking Insights: <br />o Data ingestion for common mobile pay and meter companies such as Flowbird, <br />ParkMobile, PayByPhone, and IPS <br />o Web-app for data analysis and reporting of aggregate data <br />o Geospatial analysis of parking transaction data <br />o Web-based Curb Regulations solution support digitization of curb and parking <br />regulation in accordance with the Curb Data Specification (CDS) standard <br />o Digitize block spaces to support curb occupancy analysis <br />o Publish CDS Curbs APIs to digitally share policies with operators <br />Curb Regulations and Inventory: <br />o Curbside Inventory Mapping <br />Digitization of curbside regulations through existing data translation <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.005/Populus Technologies, INC (SaaS Agreement) (Page 15 of 34)
