REV: 01-13-25 LR <br />EXHIBIT E <br />PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br />Populus Mobility Manager is already set up for Redwood City. Should any new shared mobility <br />operators begin operations in Redwood City, Populus will confirm access to operator data feeds <br />and add them to the platform upon notice to proceed from the City. <br />Curb Manager: Parking Insights is already set up for Redwood City. Should any new parking <br />technology vendors begin operations in Redwood City, Populus will confirm access to these data <br />feeds and add them to the platform upon notice to proceed from the City. <br />Curb Manager: Curb Regulations requires set up for Redwood City. Below is the implementation <br />plan, following notice to proceed from the City: <br />Week 1 <br />Project Kick-Off: Meet with Redwood City Parking, GIS, and other relevant teams to <br />review internal data for CDS Transformation <br />Review Scope of Work: Discuss scope of CDS Transformation project and identify <br />datasets and geographic extent of work to be completed <br />Request Access to Data: Populus will require access to the most recent set of data as <br />determined by discussion with Stakeholders and GIS Team for Transformation <br />Timeline Review: Agree to project milestones and timeline for transformation work <br />Week 2 <br />Existing Data Review: After Populus receives access to most recent data for <br />transformations, Populus will evaluate and ensure data quality and compatibility with <br />CDS <br />Data Process Evaluation: Populus will seek a meeting with the Redwood City GIS team <br />to understand how data is updated and maintained, and clarify expectations and <br />responsibilities for data management <br />Populus to draft Existing Conditions & Translation Process Memo for City feedback <br />Week 3 <br />Populus to finalize the Existing Conditions & Translation Process Memo <br />Week 4-5 <br />Data Translation: Populus will translate existing city curbside data into CDS in <br />accordance with the Existing Conditions & Translation Process Memo <br />Week 6 <br />Populate Curb Manager: Upon Completion of data transformation efforts, Populus will <br />ingest CDS compliant data into Curb Manager for visualization and analysis. The City <br />will have full access to Curb Manager after this process. <br />Week 7-8 <br />Evaluation of CDS Inventory Visualized in Curb Manager: Populus and Redwood City <br />will evaluate the data together in the platform to ensure it meets expected outcomes and <br />use cases. <br />Training and Editing: Populus will provide Curb Manager training sessions for City staff <br />to demonstrate how the inventory will be updated and maintained. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.005/Populus Technologies, INC (SaaS Agreement) (Page 28 of 34)
