REV: 01-13-25 LR EXHIBIT F FEE SCHEDULE Program Fees The term of this Agreement will commence when this Agreement is executed and will continue for a period of fourteen (14) months, or until the 14-month total Not-to-Exceed amount of fifty-eight thousand one hundred and fifty-four ($58,154) has been reached, whichever comes first. Provider does not limit how many City staff are given access to the licensed products under this Agreement. Provider will bill the City via monthly invoice. All fees are payable within 30 days of invoice date (Net 30). Provider will deliver the first invoice upon the Agreement’s effective date, and on the first of each subsequent month. If any invoices associated with this agreement do not cover a full month of service, Consultant shall calculate Amount Due using a pro-rated daily rate for days services were provided. Actual Monthly Invoice Amounts may vary. ** The 14-month Not-to-Exceed amount for Mobility Manager reflects that the City has an existing Agreement with Provider for the Mobility Manager software which expires April 30, 2025. The City has already paid for Mobility Manager access through April 30, 2025. The 14-month Not-to-Exceed amount for Mobility Manager listed above represents a prorated fee for an additional 8 months of access at the previously agreed to annual fee of $4,250. This results in a remaining fee of $2,832 to be paid, which Provider shall begin invoicing the City under this Agreement starting May 1, 2025. This is to align all Provider services for the City under one Agreement moving forward to streamline provision of services. Following the initial 14-month period, This Agreement may thereafter be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year terms with the mutual written agreement of City and Provider. The terms and fees for such annual renewals are detailed below and will remain aligned with this original Agreement.
