REV: 12-05-24 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A-1” <br />TASK ORDER <br />TASK ORDER NO. ___ TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Task Order No. ___ (“Task Order”) is made and entered into by and between <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California (“City”), and LEHR Upfitters OpCo, LLC dba LEHR/ Lehr Auto , a California <br />corporation (“Contractor”). <br />RECITALS <br />A.City and Contractor entered into an agreement entitled Agreement for <br />Services dated _______ (“Agreement”), by which the Contractor agreed to perform <br />services in accordance with Task Orders issued by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by <br />reference all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. <br />2. SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Contractor will perform the services described in <br />Attachment “A”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions of the Agreement. For purposes of this Task Order, the City’s <br />Project Manager will be Battalion Chief, Glendon Chan. <br />3. PAYMENT. For services performed by Contractor in accordance with this Task Order, <br />City will compensate Contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement, in an amount not to exceed [write out amount in words] dollars ($_____). <br />4. AUTHORITY.
