REV: 01-09-25 JB <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will prepare and lead the facilitation of multiple community partner groups that <br />provide after school sports programming for Redwood City youth. The partners include: <br />City of Redwood City <br />Redwood City School District <br />Police Activities League <br />Sheriffs Activities League <br />Boys and Girls Club <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Facilitate a total of 3 two-hour convening meetings between January – December <br />2025 for the purposes of sustaining improved communication among partners. <br />Each of the three meetings will include 6 hours of time for preparation, <br />coordination, post meeting summaries/communication, setup and take down of <br />meeting materials. Consultant shall be paid a flat rate of One Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($1,500) for the preparation and facilitation of each meeting. <br />3 meetings x $1500 each = $4500 for convening meeting facilitation <br />2. Consultant shall provide coaching, consultation, and troubleshooting upon request <br />from the Director on an as needed with individual partners. For this work, <br />Consultant will be paid at an hourly rate of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars <br />($250/hour). Hourly facilitation work will not exceed a total of 22 hours during the <br />term of this Agreement. <br />Up to 22 hours of coaching, consultation, and troubleshooting x $250/hour = up to <br />$5500 <br />Consultant will be paid a flat rate of $1,500 after each of the convening meetings pursuant <br />to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Coaching, consultation, and troubleshooting work will be invoiced at a rate of $250/hour <br />via invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.002/AV Consulting (Youth Sports) (Page 11 of 11)
