Code <br />LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />Stanford Health Care, Block E <br />THIS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and <br />entered into this 6� day ofCµ9�2 2024 ("Effective Date"), by and between <br />Stanford Health Care, a California nonprofit public health corporation ("Developer"), and <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and California municipal corporation ("City') <br />(together, the "Parties") with reference to the following facts: <br />RECITALS <br />A. Developer is the current fee owner of that certain real property located <br />within the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described in <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the "Property"). <br />B. On December 5, 2023, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br />City adopted, among other approvals, Resolution No. 23-23, approving a Tentative Map <br />TM2019-005, on the Property subject to certain conditions of approval ("Conditions"). <br />C. In compliance with the Conditions, Developer submitted to City landscaping <br />plans for the Property frontage ("Plans"), which have been approved by City. The Plans <br />provide for installation of certain improvements contemplated bV the project: i.e. <br />landscaping, pedestrian lighting, irrigation, private roads, pedestrian paths, street tree, <br />and sidewalk curb and gutter ("Improvements") within public rights of way, easements, <br />and on property in which the City hold and interest to be maintained ("Maintenance Area") <br />as the Improvements and Maintenance Area are more specifically shown on Exhibit "B", <br />attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein. <br />D. Developer has submitted a final map for the Property, which has been <br />reviewed by the City Engineer and is being approved concurrently with this Agreement <br />("Final Map"). <br />E.
