This preliminary report/commitment was prepared based upon an application for a policy of title <br />insurance that identified land by street address or assessor's parcel number only. A certificate of revivor and a certificate of relief from contract voidability issued by the Franchise <br />Tax Board of the State of California. <br />4. WITH RESPECT TO A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP: <br />I. A certified copy of the certificate of limited partnership (form LP -1) and any amendments thereto <br />(form LP -2) to be recorded in the public records; <br />2. A full copy of the partnership agreement and any amendments; <br />3. Satisfactory evidence of the consent of a majority in interest of the limited partners to the <br />contemplated transaction; <br />4. A certificate of revivor and a certificate of relief from contract voldability issued by the Franchise <br />Tax Board of the State of California. <br />5.
