Section 4.6 Effective Date. For purposes of this Partial Assignment, the .'Effective <br />Date" shall be the date on which the deed transferring the Affordable Site from Assignor to <br />Assignee is recorded in the San Mateo County Recorder's Office. <br />Section 4.7 Recordation. This Partial Assignment shall be recorded against the <br />Affordable Site within ten (10) days of the Effective Date. <br />Section 4.8 Siauatures. The individuals executing this Partial Assignment represent <br />and warrant that they have the right, power, legal capacity, and authority to enter into and to execute <br />this Partial Assignment on behalf of the respective legal entities of the Parties.
