PARCEL A <br />EXHIBIT B-2 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF CITY PARCEL <br />Being a tract of land situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, being <br />a portion of Lots 14, 15 and 16 as shown in that certain Map entitled "Town of Mezesville" and filed for <br />record on August 1, 1856, Volume 1 of Maps Page 79 and a portion of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 17 as <br />shown in that certain Map entitled "Sweeny's Addition to Redwood City" and file for record July 17, <br />1896, Liber 2 of Maps Page 79, San Mateo County Records and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 16, same being the Easterly Right of Way line of <br />Main Street; <br />THENCE along said Westerly Line, North 3°26'52" West, 70.22 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said <br />Lot 14; <br />THENCE crossing said Lot 14 and Lot 5, North 86°32'50" East, 229.76 feet to the Easterly Line of said Lot <br />5, same being the Westerly Right of Way line of Walnut Street; <br />THENCE along said Easterly line, South 3°32'30" East, 1.62.26 feet to a point of the Easterly line of said <br />Lot 9, same being the Southerly Right of Way line of Spring Street and the Westerly Right of Way line of <br />Walnut Street. <br />THENCE along the Southerly Right of Way line of said Spring Street, North 60°54'47" West, 218.12 feet <br />to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 30.00 feet; <br />THENCE along said curve, having a central angle of 122°32'05", and an arc distance of 64.16 feet to the <br />POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />Described Tract of Land area containing 21,103 square feet or 0.484 Acres, more or less, and is <br />graphically depicted on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />This description was prepared by me or under my direction in conformance with the requirements of <br />the California Professional Land Surveyors Act. <br />Laura J.
