REV: 01-03-25 VR <br />Exhibit A <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant to store new furniture purchased by the City of Redwood City under a <br />separate agreement for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center, identified in <br />Attachment 1 to this Exhibit A. Consultant will continue to provide approximately <br />3,050 square feet of storage necessary for all new items paid for by the City and <br />identified in Attachment 1 to be stored by the Consultant until the City's Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Director provides written notice informing <br />Consultant that storage is no longer necessary. Upon such notice, Consultant shall <br />deliver the purchased and stored furniture to the City at the Veterans Memorial <br />Building/Senior Center. <br />Total monthly storage fee is $5,863.08, for a not to exceed amount of $29,315.40, <br />pursuant to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Delivery fee is $3,418.00, to be paid upon delivery of the items in Attachment 1 to the <br />new Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center, pursuant to invoices consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
