I’m responding to the notification on proposed solid waste rate increase for Redwood City. <br />In a world where we want to discourage waste you are increasing the rate the most on those who use the least <br />amount of garbage? Conversely those who have the largest cans have the smallest increase? This literally makes <br />no sense. This is like increasing the cost for the people who use the least water. <br />Please reconsider this structure.
