REV: 08-01-24 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Cardinal Rules, LLC will assign experience, trained officials to referee our youth flag <br />football, volleyball and basketball league games. Officials will be responsible for <br />conducting themselves in a professional manner, game management, enforcement of <br />league rules, and for contributing to the positive culture of our leagues through their <br />interaction with players, coaches, and spectators. <br />RATE SCHEDULE: <br />Sports: Rates: <br />Flag Football (6th-8th Grade) $85 per game (2 officials per game) <br />Volleyball (4th/5th Grade) $45 per game (1 official per game) <br />Volleyball (6th-8th Grade) $50 per game (1 official per game) <br />Basketball (6th-8th Grade) $88 per game (2 officials per game) <br />Approximate Compensation: <br />Flag Football (6th-8th Grade) $85 per game X 70 games $5,950 <br />Volleyball (4th/5th Grade) $45 per game X 54 games $2,430 <br />Volleyball (6th-8th Grade) $50 per game X 73 games $3,650 <br />Basketball (4th-8th Grade) $88 per game X 195 games $17,160 <br />Total Estimated Compensation $29,190 <br />Total Not-to-Exceed Compensation $31,000 <br />PAYMENT TERMS: <br />Consultant will be paid for actual performance. If Consultant fails to appear for a <br />scheduled game, Consultant will not be compensated for that game.
