The Scope of <br />Services is updated to include: <br />Task 2 – Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Inspection <br />Additional reinforced concrete inspections for: <br />o Repair of concrete on existing foundation ring <br />Task 3 – Welding Inspection <br />Additional welding inspections for: <br />o Extra rafters <br />o New bracing assemblies <br />o New roof plate support assemblies <br />o Knuckle plates with new gusset plate extensions <br />o Roof plate holes repair <br />o Repaired roof pitting around proposed vent <br />Task 4 – Tank Coating Inspection <br />Additional tank coating inspections for: <br />o Extra rafters <br />o New bracing assemblies <br />o New roof plate support assemblies <br />o Knuckle plates with new gusset plate extensions <br />o Roof plate holes repair <br />o Repaired roof pitting around proposed vent <br />Task 5 – Project Management <br />o Additional Project Management for Amendment No. 1 <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
