REV: 11-06-25 LF Exhibit “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE I. SCOPE OF SERVICES Consultant shall complete a tree inventory upon direction from the Public Works Director or designee (“City Staff”) of the additional trees, planting sites, and stumps, as estimated below, in the City that are located in the right-of-way, which includes, but is not limited to, parks, medians, planters, and City buildings. To complete the tree inventory, except as amended in this Amendment No. 1, Consultant shall perform and follow all procedures as listed in Exhibit A of the Agreement, which includes updating the specified attributes in the City’s existing TreeKeeper system database. II. FEE While unknown, it is estimated there will be around 4,000 total trees remaining to record to complete the tree inventory. Consultant shall bill on a per site basis of $12 per site. One round of revisions to the deliverables is included in this rate. A contingency amount not to exceed $24,000 is available for inventory of more than 4,000 trees. Consultant shall notify and obtain pre-approval from City Staff prior to using this contingency amount.
