CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Gee called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL – Council Members Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, Vice Mayor Espinoza- <br />Garnica, and Mayor Gee. Council Member Aguirre participated remotely. <br /> <br />Staff present: City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Attorney Veronica Ramirez, and City <br />Clerk Yessika Castro. <br /> <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – Council Member Howard led the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENT – There was no public comment. <br /> <br />5. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />Council Member Eakin stated that due to owning real property within 500 feet of 847 <br />Woodside Road, which is being offered as land donation as part of the project, she will <br />be recused from participating in item 5.A. 2.a. <br /> <br />Mayor Gee stated that due to his position on the Casa Circulo Cultural Governing Board, <br />which utilizes space in the project building for storage purposes, he will be recused from <br />participating in item 5.A. 2.a. <br /> <br />The City Council convened Closed Session at 6:04 p.m. to discuss the following: <br /> <br />5.A.
