Agreement for Services with Brainfuse, LLC for online homework help and tutoring <br />services (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year Agreement <br />for Services with Brainfuse, LLC for Online Homework Help and Tutoring Services for a <br />flat-rate amount of $22,000 per year for a total contract amount of $66,000 from <br />October 2024 to October 2027, and authorize the City Manager to extend the agreement <br />for two additional two-year terms in an amount not to exceed $88,000, through October <br />2031, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $154,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.G.
