Amendment No. 7 to agreement with CherryRoad Technologies to increase needed <br />technical expertise support service hours for Oracle ERP/HCM system (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 7 to <br />Agreement for Services with CherryRoad Technologies to increase needed technical <br />expertise support service hours for Oracle ERP/HCM system through May 31, 2025 for a <br />not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 for a total contract amount of $6,574,638. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.B.
