Investment Report for the period ending September 30, 2024 (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the City's Investment Report for the period ending September 30, <br />2024. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.B. Final acceptance of the Redwood Avenue Sidewalk Curb and Gutter Improvement <br />Project, a partially grant-funded project established to increase safety and accessibility <br />for people walking, riding bikes, and driving along Redwood Avenue <br /> (402) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the Redwood Avenue Sidewalk Curb and Gutter Improvement Project <br />and authorize the release of bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.C. Final acceptance of construction improvements for the development at 1175 Marshall <br />Street / 905 Maple Street and release of associated bonds (402) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the construction improvements for the development at 1175 Marshall
