Downtown & Central Redwood City Plan Community Engagement Strategy (600) <br />Community Development Director Jeff Schwob introduced the item, and Principal <br />Planner John Francis and consultant Poonam Narkar from WRT gave a presentation. <br /> <br />The following members of the public provided comments: <br />• Shishir Bhat <br />• Katie Causey <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve Community Engagement Strategy prepared by staff and consultants <br />for the Downtown & Central Redwood City Plan effort. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> <br />Motion and second, Howard and Sturken to approve Community Engagement Strategy <br />prepared by staff and consultants for the Downtown & Central Redwood City Plan <br />effort, passed unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />9. STUDY SESSIONS <br /> <br /> 9.A. Study Session on State Route 84 (Woodside Rd.)/U.S. 101 Interchange Reimagined <br />Project (702) <br /> <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz introduced the item, and consultant Leo Scott from <br />Gray Bowen Scott gave a presentation. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive an update on the State Route 84 (Woodside Rd.)/U.S. 101 Interchange <br />Reimagined Project. This is a Study Session, and no action will be taken at this meeting. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Negative Declaration <br /> <br />A Study Session was held. No action was taken by the Council. <br />
