PRCS 75% <br />Project extension agreement with contractor was <br />executed in November 2024. New target date for <br />substantial completion of construction is March <br />2025, which would result in public opening in <br />Summer 2025. <br />Obtain State Architect approval of Hoover <br />Park Renovation construction drawings and <br />begin the construction phase by April 2025. PRCS 75% <br />The Department of the State Architect approved <br />the restroom weeks longer than stated DSA <br />timelines, delaying the project. The full project <br />drawings will be submitted shortly. Construction <br />phase expected to begin in Spring 2025. <br />Through the PRCS Commission, identify <br />policies related to green sustainable parks <br />and prioritize three policies to review parks <br />or maintenance practices by June 2025. PRCS 50% <br />An ad hoc subcommittee of the PRCS <br />Commission has completed a test audit of <br />sustainability criteria and metrics for three parks <br />and presented draft proposed criteria to the full <br />Commission in January 2025. <br />5.A. - Page 44 of 75 <br />46
