RFP plan to <br />be released by February 2025. MOU will be <br />developed once a consultant is selected and <br />the anticipated cost are known. <br />2.) Implementing two FEMA grant- <br />funded projects to enhance <br />pumping capacity and resilience <br />for future events to handle <br />stormwater flows expected <br />during a 100-year storm event <br />within their respective <br />watersheds by 2027. Moving <br />Bradford Pump Station Project <br />into the construction phase, <br />which will take two years, <br />depending on the authorization <br />of the Grant Administrator. <br />ET 25% <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The turnover of grant administrators and the <br />new regulation (requiring raising of the <br />finished floor elevation) has kept us from <br />moving to authorization of phase-II funding. <br />5.A. - Page 66 of 75 <br />68
