Consultant does not use <br />subcontractors in the provision of AgencyCounter. <br />Consultant is an Accela partner <br />Consultant has implemented the successful release of similar solutions as the <br />one proposed herein for the following agencies: <br />City of Corvallis, OR <br />City of Alameda, CA <br />City of Missoula, MT <br />City of Pittsburgh, PA <br />City & County of San Francisco <br />City of Palo Alto, CA <br />Consultant has internal knowledge of all aspects of the managing and <br />progressing government operational methods, systems and reporting <br />methods, much of which is captured in the functionality of the solution that <br />the Agency is looking to have implemented. <br />Key Team Members <br />Ronan Barrett - CEO - Authorized Representative <br />Responsibility: Project Management <br />Ronan has developed AgencyCounter to address a real need to the frustrations <br />of accessing government information which is labor/time intensive and <br />difficult to find the information you need. He set out to simplify the process <br />for citizens, Agency officials and staff to easily access records sitting in back <br />office systems. <br />Buildingeye was recognized by the City and County of San Francisco where it <br />was successfully selected by Mayor Lee for the City's inaugural <br />Entrepreneurship-in-Residence program which focused on innovation and <br />efficiencies in Government. <br />Buildingeye has since successfully added and maintained long term <br />relationships with Sacramento, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Pittsburgh and <br />many others to its growing user base. <br />Gary Smith - Project Lead – Internal Client Services <br />Responsibility: Liaise with project team to understand and meet the Agency’s <br />brief from initial engagement through to project delivery. <br />Gary has led the successful integration of the many product releases in the <br />following cities: San Francisco, Corvallis, Alameda, Pittsburgh and Missoula <br />on time and within budget.
