CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.G. Award Courthouse Square Fountain Bowl and Lighting <br />Replacement Project to Pacific Water Art, Inc. in the <br /> amount of $271,600; and authorize the City Manager or <br />their designee to increase the contract amount, if necessary, <br />up to 15% of the amount awarded in an amount not to <br />exceed $40,740 for a total amount of $312,340 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />the contract documents and award the standard form contract <br />for the Courthouse Square Fountain Bowl and Lighting <br />Replacement Project to Pacific Water Art, Inc. of Mountain View, <br />CA for their responsive and responsible low total bid of <br />$271,600; and authorize the City Manager or their designee to <br />increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 15% of the <br />amount awarded in an amount not to exceed $40,740 for a total <br />amount of $312,340.
