CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.I. Amendment No. 4 to Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building <br />Company for project management services, and Amendment No. 6 to <br />Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for <br />construction administration services for the Veterans Memorial <br />Building/Senior Center-YMCA Project, for extended time and services <br />due to construction delays <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Services with Gilbane <br />Building Company for project management services for the Veterans <br />Memorial Building/Senior Center for a not-to-exceed amount of <br />$325,820, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $4,644,258; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement for Services with ELS <br />Architecture and Urban Design for construction administration <br />services for a not-to exceed amount of $204,175, for a total not-to- <br />exceed amount of $9,811,236.
