ATTY/RESO.0008/CC RESO SECOND AMENDMENT TO COOPERATION AGREEMENT OF THE SMC HOME CONSORTIUM <br />REV: 02-06-25 LF <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Second Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement of the San Mateo <br />County Home Consortium Under the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing <br />Act, to include the City, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, or designee is authorized to execute the Second <br />Amendment, subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the <br />City Attorney, and to take any other actions necessary to give effect to this resolution. <br /> <br />3.
