Cleaning, Inspection, & Report <br />Contractor will receive a flat rate fee of Thirty-Nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000) <br />for the cleaning, inspection, and reporting for the five potable water storage <br />tanks identified below. This rate shall include all cleaning, inspection and <br />reporting work. <br />Tank <br />Cleaning (up to <br />3” of Sediment), <br />Inspection, and <br />Report <br />Wilmington $2,000 <br />Peninsula $6,000 <br />Carson $15,000 <br />Recycled Water DPS 1 $8,000 <br />Recycled Water DPS 2 $8,000 <br />Total for Cleaning, Inspection, and Report $39,000 <br />II. Additional Items <br />If necessary and approved by the designated representative of the Redwood <br />City Water Division, additional charges not-to-exceed Forty-One Thousand <br />Dollars ($41,000) will be charged at the unit price indicated below for the work <br />and/or materials provided and listed as a separate line item on any relevant <br />invoice. <br />Item Unit Price <br />Sediment bag $200 per bag <br />Disposal fee $500 per tank <br />Hourly rate for minor repairs $500 per hour <br />Overtime rate for minor repairs*$1,000 per hour <br />Epoxy material $25 per quart <br />*Overtime rate shall apply for any hours that exceed eight hours in a day. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.003/H2O Solutions, L.L.C.
