Page 4 of 9 <br /> <br />10.1.1 Commercial General Liability Insurance. City shall maintain <br />occurrence based coverage with limits not less than $1,000,000 per <br />occurrence. The Commercial General Liability insurance policy shall be <br />endorsed to name the Authority, its officers, agents, employees and <br />volunteers as additional insureds. <br /> <br />10.1.2 Workers' Compensation Insurance. City shall maintain coverage <br />as required by the California Labor Code. <br /> <br />10.1.3 Errors and Omissions Liability. City shall maintain coverage with <br />limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence. <br /> <br />10.2 Notice of Cancellation. This insurance will be in force during the life of the <br />Agreement and any extensions of it and will not be canceled without City providing <br />thirty (30) days prior written notice to Authority sent pursuant to the Notice <br />provisions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />11. Maintenance of Records. City will maintain complete and accurate records with <br />respect to costs incurred under this Agreement. All records will be clearly identifiable. <br />City will allow a representative of Authority during normal business hours to examine, <br />audit, and make transcripts or copies of records and any other documents created <br />pursuant to this Agreement. City will allow inspection of all work, data, documents, <br />proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from <br />the date of final payment under this Agreement. <br /> <br />12. Ownership of Documents. Any reports and other material prepared by the City <br />under this Agreement (collectively, the "Documents") shall, upon preparation and delivery <br />to Authority, become the property of Authority. The City will have the right to make one <br />(1) copy of the work product for City’s financial records. <br /> <br />13. Notices.
