9 <br /> <br /> <br />The following changes to the COVID-19 Emergency Assistance project details are as follows: <br /> <br />22 Project Name COVID-19 Emergency Assistance <br />Target Area Citywide and low income census tracts <br />Goals Supported Human Services <br />Needs Addressed Human Services <br />Funding CDBG: $321,000 <br />CDBG - CV: $470,078.51 <br />Target Date 6/30/2024 <br />Estimate the number <br />and type of families that <br />will benefit from the <br />proposed activities <br />402 total households are estimated to receive assistance. 384 <br />households were estimated to be served with the $321,000 in 2019 <br />CDBG and the first allocation of CDBG-CV funds ($448,039). 18 <br />additional households are estimated to be served with the <br />$149,222 additional allocation of CDBG-CV funds. <br />Location Description Fair Oaks Community Center <br />2600 Middlefield Rd <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Planned Activities Funds will provide short-term rental, mortgage or utility assistance (up <br />to 3 consecutive months) for low-income families and individuals who <br />have experienced a loss of income due to COVID-19 and have no <br />other alternative sources of income, such as paid leave or <br />unemployment insurance. <br />Fourth Amendment: The CDBG-CV project funding will be reduced <br />by $143,609.33 to be a total of $470,078.51.
