An update on the City-led community outreach efforts; <br /> 2. An overview of the sensitivity analyses and other studies done to <br />evaluate the original project proposal; <br /> 3. An overview of public comment received; <br /> 4. An estimated timeline for project consideration; and <br /> 5. Feedback from individual members of the Planning Commission and <br />City Council regarding a development project alternative to be evaluated <br />along with the original project proposal during the environmental review <br />process.
