If a written amendment to extend the agreement as described in Section 3 <br />(Term) of the agreement is executed, Contractor shall additionally receive a <br />flat-rate fee of Thirty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($36,500) for the <br />cleaning, inspection, and reporting for the potable water storage tanks <br />identified below.
