SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide <br />inspection and cleaning services for water storage tanks to the Public Works Services <br />Department. <br />Contractor shall provide a comprehensive evaluation of the interior and exterior condition <br />of the City’s tanks and remove any accumulated sediment, to be conducted while full and <br />in service.
