REV: 12-20-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT B <br />SCHEDULE OF SERVICES <br />The schedule of services includes Program Management. <br />Program Management/Development <br />Supplemental Training <br />The Provider project manager shall provide supplemental training to City as reasonably <br />requested, or when material updates to Platform Services are developed and deployed. <br />Custom Development <br />In the event the platform does not provide the desired functionality or reporting capabilities of the City <br />the city may request from the Provider custom developed functions or reports that are mutually <br />agreeable to each party. The Provider shall provide a quote for the requested services to the City and <br />obtain acceptance from the City prior to commencing on custom development work. <br />Technical Support <br />Provider shall provide technical support to City via email during weekdays between 8:00am and <br />5:00pm Pacific Time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays. <br />City may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by emailing clientsupport@kubra.com. <br />Dropcountr will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all helpdesk tickets within two <br />(2) business days. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.239/Dropcountr, Inc.
