Enforcement of the prohibition on smoking and vaping of tobacco within <br />Parklets and Sidewalk Cafes located in Section 4A, Part VII.3 of the Revised Program <br />Guidelines shall be delayed for the businesses identified in Redwood City Municipal Code <br />Section 15.41A (Sale or Distribution of Flavored Tobacco Products Prohibited) until <br />August 31, 2025. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager or his/her designee and any all other duly authorized <br />officers of the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized and directed to implement the <br />Revised Program Guidelines. <br /> <br />4. This Resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption.
