21 <br />2 Heating devices within Overhead Structures <br />shall meet requirements on Section 4A, <br />Part VII. All heating devices require 5’ clear <br />above and 10’ clear all around, free of <br />combustibles. <br />3 Overhead structures and their supporting <br />infrastructure shall not be bolted or <br />affixed in any way to the Roadway, <br />sidewalks, curbs, fire hydrants, street <br />trees, streetlights, parking meters, <br />or traffic poles.
