The City is required by law to submit the Housing Element and <br />General Plan APRs to HCD and LCI and these reports involve no authorization for <br />any entitlement, permitting, or construction activity that could result in direct or <br />indirect changes to the environment. <br />6.B.Final acceptance of two sanitary sewer emergency repair projects: the <br />Emergency Veterans Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Repairs and Replacement <br />Project (Phase 2 of 3) and supplemental 2024 Emergency Veterans Boulevard <br />Sewer Replacement Project <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, accept the Emergency Veterans Boulevard Sanitary Sewer Repairs <br />and Replacement Project (Phase 2) and authorize the release of bonds and <br />retention according to City procedures; <br />2
