By motion, approve Tentative Agreement relative to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of <br />employment for employees represented by RCMEA, for the period of October 1, 2024 through <br />September 20, 2027; <br />2. By motion, approve Summary of Compensation and Terms of Employment for the Confidential <br />Employee Group effective March 10, 2025 to September 30, 2027; <br />3. Adopt a resolution amending the City of Redwood City Classification and Wage and Salary Plan to <br />update salary ranges for RCMEA and Confidential Employee positions, and establishing the new <br />classification of Senior Project Manager; and <br />4. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to the FY 2024-2025 general fund budget <br />to increase expenditures in the amount of $567,174 for increased salary and benefit costs related to <br />the Redwood City Management Employees Association Successor Memorandum of Understanding <br />and Summary of Benefits and Terms of Employment for the Confidential group that both begin in FY <br />2024-25. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />6.I. - Page 1 of 119 <br />415
