<br />Page 2 of 13 <br /> <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Redwood City for the supply of five (5) 2025 or current <br />model year Toyota Prius LE, two (2) 2025 or current model year Toyota Rav4 LE, and one (1) <br />2025 or current model year Toyota Sienna LE. Specific details for each vehicle can be found in <br />the Additional Specifications included in this Notice Inviting Bids. <br /> <br />1. The right is reserved, as the interest of the city may require, to purchase individual equipment, materials, <br />vehicles or supplies from more than one Bidder or all equipment, materials, vehicles or supplies from one <br />Bidder, to reject any or all bids, to waive any immaterial defects in bids. <br /> <br />4. All bids shall only be accepted by mail or in person at the address listed on pg. 4 of this document. <br />Bids must be actually received by the time and date set forth on pg. 3 of this document. Bidders <br />assume all risk of untimely or non-delivery of bids not personally delivered. The City’s time stamp <br />shall be conclusive as to the time and date of receipt. The bid opening shall be conducted by <br />teleconference and is currently scheduled for 3 p.m. local time on Wednesday, February 18, 2025. Should <br />the bid opening date and time need to be postponed, a notification by way of addendum shall be posted <br />online to this original Notice Inviting Bids at http://www.redwoodcity.org/business/bids-proposals.
