City of Redwood City, the following items at the prices <br />bid below, in accordance with the Bid Specification and General Provisions. Price must be <br />complete and include any “Other Charges”. All items below shall be bid per the Additional <br />Specifications and conditions contained in this NIB. If the unit price and the total amount named <br />by a Bidder for any item do not agree, it will be assumed that the error was made in computing the <br />total amount and the unit price alone will be considered as representing the Bidder's intention. If a <br />purchase order is issued by the City, all vehicles shall be invoiced separately upon delivery and <br />acceptance by the City. Bidders shall account for the need to issue separate invoices in the unit <br />cost per vehicle. Unit Cost per vehicle shall only include taxable costs.
