Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services <br /> with Netto Planning Services, LLC to provide on-call <br />specialized planning services <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services <br />with Netto Planning Services, LLC, to extend the contract <br />term by 2 years, for a total contract term of 4 years, and <br />increase compensation by $250,000, for a total not-to- <br />exceed amount of $350,000 covering the time period of <br />March 20, 2023 through March 20, 2027, to be funded <br />through cost recovery agreements with project applicants.
