Adopt a resolution amending the Summary of <br />Compensation and Terms of Employment for the Executive <br />Management Employee Group effective March 10, 2025; and <br /> 2. By motion, approve City of Redwood City Compensation <br />Philosophy and Guidelines, and authorize the City Manager <br />to make minor, clarifying, and confirming changes with the <br />concurrence of the City Attorney.
