RECOMMENDATION <br />1) Adopt a resolution, amending the Summary of <br />Compensation and Terms of Employment for the <br />Executive Management Employee Group effective <br />March 10, 2025; and <br />2) By motion, approve City of Redwood City <br />Compensation Philosophy and Guidelines, and <br />authorize the City Manager to make minor, <br />clarifying, and confirming changes with the <br />concurrence of the City Attorney. <br />7 of 7
