At least six (6) weeks before the Consultant performs the <br />Services, the City shall provide the Consultant with a list of all employees that will receive <br />the Services. At least two (2) weeks before the Consultant performs the Services, the City <br />shall provide the Consultant with a schedule of which Employees will be seen at what date <br />and time. <br />2.As scheduled by the City, services will be completed in a one-week timeframe. Once the <br />above services are completed by the Consultant as requested by the City, Consultant may <br />bill a flat rate of $98,712.
