REV: 01-30-25 LF EXHIBIT “”A SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE A. Scope of Services Consultant will provide on-call maintenance and troubleshooting services for the City’s SCADA system, which consists of Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers, Wonderware Human Machine Interface software, and various motor control and instrumentation systems servicing approximately 70 facilities including sewer lift stations, storm water pump stations, potable water pump stations, storage and regulating stations, and a recycled water pump station. I. Maintenance and Troubleshooting The following are examples of possible maintenance and/or troubleshooting tasks Consultant will be asked to perform. i. Electrical control circuits, soft start motor starters, variable speed drives, motorized valves, etc. ii. Programmable logic controllers, operator interface panels iii. Calibration of 4-20 mA analog instrumentation, flow meters, pressure gauges, level gauges, etc. iv. Aveva HMI, ADN phone line communications, licensed and unlicensed radio networks, ethernet/IP, and software and hardware updates II. Configuration Consultant will advise on and perform SCADA system design, upgrades, and configurations for: i. Software ii. Alarms iii. User Interface iv. Communication Protocols v. System Components vi. Device Integration Objects and Attributes III. Optional Items The following are optional services that the Consultant may be asked to perform at the sole discretion of the City. Any optional services will be requested by the Public Works Wastewater and Water Superintendents on an as-needed basis. i. SCADA Standards Review and Development ii. Technology/Standards Review iii. As-Built Site Drawings/Drawings Digitization iv. Asset Inventory v. As-Built Network Diagram vi. Private Radio/Cellular Modem Proof-of-Concept vii.
