Collaborator’s Project Responsibilities: <br />The Collaborator has the following project responsibilities as part of this MOU, assuming full- <br />funding is obtained: <br />1. Provide leadership and coordination for this collaborative initiative; <br />2. Attend and participate in Steering Committee meetings. <br />3. Facilitate the integration of LIBRE outreach into the community school goals of the <br />school district, act as a liaison between the schools and LIBRE partners to implement <br />the promotora outreach efforts, and follow up with the partners to collect data and <br />reports for evaluation of the project. <br />4. Maintain the focus on the overall goals and key strategies as they are implemented in <br />target communities <br />5. Take on Steering Committee tasks, which include helping to identify and apply for <br />funding to meet the LIBRE budget, to support the success of the LIBRE initiative. <br />6. Monitor quality and consistency of service delivery. <br />7. Serve as planning and problem-solving group for the initiative. <br />8. Take responsibility for evaluation of the initiative and collecting and monitoring data. <br /> <br />IV.
