REV: 04-09-25 LR <br />GRANTEE agrees to indemnify GRANTOR against all damages, expenses, costs, and charges, <br />and to save GRANTOR harmless from any and all claims for damages arising from and related <br />to use of the TCE by GRANTEE, its agents or contractors. This instrument contains the entire <br />agreement between the parties relating to the rights herein granted and the obligations herein <br />assumed.
