As set forth in CEQA Guidelines Sections 15168, 15162, and 15163, the <br />proposed Project will not result in any new or more significant environmental <br />effects or require new mitigation measures beyond those identified in the <br />GPU EIR MMRP. No new environmental document is required. As a result, <br />pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21083.3 and CEQA Guidelines <br />Section 15183, the Project is exempt and does not require further <br />environmental review under CEQA. <br /> <br />g. Pursuant to Guidelines Section 15091(e), the documents and other <br />materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City <br />Council has based its decision are located in and may be obtained from, the <br />Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. <br />The City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Council hereby makes the findings contained in this Resolution <br />and determines that the Project is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to <br />CEQA Guidelines Sections 15168, 15183, 15162, and 15163. <br /> <br />Section 5.
