2 <br />I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />A. REGIONAL LOCATION <br /> <br />The Project Site is located in San Mateo County within the City of Redwood City and is conveniently <br />located just minutes from State Highways 82, 84, and 101. Surrounding communities include Belmont, <br />Emerald Hills, Atherton, and East Palo Alto (Figure 1: Regional Project Location). <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 1: Regional Project Location <br /> <br /> <br />B. PROJECT SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The Project Site is located at 920 Shasta Street and 122 Buckeye Street, Redwood City, CA 94063 and is <br />generally bordered by Shasta Street, Buckeye Street, Woodside Road and Pine Street. Only one single-family <br />home is visible from the street.
