Office development within the DTPP but outside of the Transit District shall not <br />exceed 871,867 1,177,092 net new square feet of gross floor area. <br /> <br />i. Under this limitation for office development, 80,000 square feet shall be <br />reserved for projects containing no more than 20,000 net new square feet <br />of office uses. <br />ii. Under this limitation for office development, 217,200 net new sq. ft. would <br />be located at 1900 Broadway. <br />iii. Under this limitation for office development, 305,225 net new sq. ft. would <br />be located at 901 El Camino Real. <br /> <br />b. Office development within the Transit District only shall not exceed 1,230,000 <br />square feet of gross floor area. <br /> <br />c. Retail development within the DTPP (including the Transit District) shall not exceed <br />100,000 net new square feet of gross floor area. <br /> <br />d. Lodging development within the DTPP (including the Transit District) shall not <br />exceed 200 net new guest rooms. <br /> <br />2. Guidelines <br />There are no MAD guidelines. <br />
