Section 6.15 Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only by a written <br />instrument executed by all the parties hereto or their successors in title, and duly recorded against <br />the Affordable Site in the real property records of County of San Mateo. <br /> <br />Section 6.16 Notices. Any notice requirement set forth herein shall be in writing and may <br />be given by personal delivery or by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the <br />party to receive such notice at the address set forth below: <br /> <br />TO THE CITY: <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attn: City Manager <br /> <br />TO THE AFFORDABLE DEVELOPER: <br /> [Insert Entity Name], LP [Address] [City], [Sate] [Zip] Attn: <br /> <br /> Either party may change the address(es) to which notices are to be sent by notifying the <br />other party of the new address(es), in the manner set forth above. <br /> <br /> A copy of all notices delivered to Affordable Developer hereunder shall be delivered <br />simultaneously to the Investor Limited Partner, if applicable, at an address to be provided to the <br />City by Affordable Developer. <br /> <br />Section 6.17 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or <br />unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining portions of this Agreement <br />shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. <br /> <br />Section 6.18 Multiple Originals; Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in <br />multiple originals, and may be signed in any number of counterpart, each of which when so <br />executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the <br />same instrument. <br /> <br />Section 6.19 No Claims. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create or justify any <br />claim against the City by any person that the Affordable Developer may have employed or with <br />whom the Affordable Developer may have contracted relative to the purchase of materials, <br />supplies or equipment, or the furnishing or the performance of any work or services with respect <br />to the Affordable Site or the construction of Affordable Development. <br /> <br />Section 6.20 Entire Agreement.
