This Agreement may be executed through the use of <br />digital or electronic signatures in accordance with Government Code Section 16.5. The <br />presence of an electronic signature on this Agreement will be construed as the Parties’ <br />consent to do business electronically. <br />9.17. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts. <br />9.18. Entire Agreement.
